1. System Architecture & Equipment Configuration

1. Sandblasting System: Equipped with a high-performance sandblasting descaling machine and a cartridge dust filtration system to ensure ideal surface roughness (Sa 2.5) for superior coating adhesion.


2.Pretreatment Stations: Dedicated immersion/spray degreasing and multi-stage water washing stations to thoroughly eliminate oil, grease, and chemical residues from internal lumens.


3. Drying & Thermal Stations: Hot air drying units for moisture elimination, followed by dual specialized drying rooms operating at 180°C for high-temperature paint curing.
